Cyberdyne Inc. has signed an official supplier agreement with the Shizuoka Bluerevs a member of Japan Rugby League One Division One. Going foreword, Bluerevs will introduce MTX Neuro HAL Plus training program, which utilizes the Wearable Cyborg HAL to improve rugby competition performance.

On December 17, 2021, Bluerevs hosted a press conference and public demonstration at Yamaha Motor Okubo Ground, where Bluerevs SH Yuki Yatomi and WTB Chikara Ito practiced wearing the HAL Lumbar Type. Both athletes were surprised to see the difference in their performance after using HAL and felt their performance improved. The training program is only available in Japan.

MTX Neuro HAL Plus is a program to train the performance of athletes’ brain nerve functions by improving the accurate use of muscles while doing sports or even to relax muscles at the right timing during play. This is an important factor necessary to be able to perform at one’s best. However, relaxing is difficult to consciously practice, therefore, by not activating the HAL device the athlete can learn to use the body in a right way without unnecessary muscle tension. With HAL moving with more speed and power can be learned. The moment HAL detects bioelectrical signal from the skins surface activation takes place, the athletes is advised to give maximum power on that instant. By learning to switch between muscle relaxation and total power through the program, the ability to perfectly control the body will result in better performance. The program is not only designed for top athletes but for everyone who enjoys exercising.
